Repair Wizard AI uses information you provide to operate your account and provide repair diagnoses. This can include your email address, display name, repair descriptions, uploaded repair photos, diagnosis history, usage information, feedback, and subscription status.

Repair photos and AI processing

Uploaded repair photos are stored privately and associated with your account. Photos and descriptions may be processed by the AI systems used to generate your requested repair guidance. Do not upload images containing information you do not want included in a repair request.

Payments

Premium subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Repair Wizard AI does not store your full card number. Stripe may process payment method, billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, and related information under its own privacy practices. We retain billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide and manage Premium access.

Third-party services

Repair reports may include links to third-party YouTube videos. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Security

We use authenticated account access and private storage for repair uploads. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time and manage an active Premium subscription through the billing portal. Non-admin customers can permanently delete their account and associated saved repair data from the customer dashboard. Account deletion cannot be undone.
